Visitor approval
When a visitor arrives, the resident has 30 seconds to approve or decline.

The gate is where a resident's sense of security begins. BelleVie's community and visitor management system for residential and co-operative housing societies keeps residents in control of who enters, directly from their phones, and keeps a record of each arrival. In multi-tower societies, each gate feeds a single synced record.

When a guest arrives unannounced, security staff capture their details and photograph and send them to the resident, who approves or declines from their phone. Entry follows only once the resident has agreed.

Residents send invited guests a digital gate pass in advance, and on arrival a six-digit code gives OTP based visitor entry within moments. Deliveries are logged by brand as they come in.

Helpers and domestic staff are onboarded once, with their documents and photograph approved by the resident. From then on, a recurring pass records their arrival and departure each day.

Owner and tenant vehicles are recorded against each flat, with dedicated parking spots assigned so security staff recognise residents' cars at the gate.

Large federations manage visitor activity across all their towers from a single federation-level dashboard, which works independently of each tower's own view.

Invited guests receive a QR pass and six-digit code in advance.

Residents review each visit to their home from their phone.
